Ownership :-Najara Stays has a right for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue, temporary or permanently, any aspect of the platform, including but not limited to content, features, and hours of availability whenever company finds it without any further notice to you. You agree that Najara Stays may terminate your use of the platform, cancel your registration, remove your communications if finds inappropriate with or without notice to you.
Acceptance of use :-T&C( stands for Terms and Conditions) Stay Policy, Privacy Policy and such other policy forms a legally binding agreement between Najara Stays & User.We request you to carefully read the said terms andconditions and other policies.
Modification :-Najara Stays reserves the right to change, modify or otherwise amend the said terms & policies, If any time you find or gets disagree on these company’s policies, Please do not use or continue to use the website and app. The company can also revise the terms.
Intellectual Property:- All Content included on the platform in terms of text, logos, images, button icons, video clips or audio clips, software, data,is the property of Najara Stays.
Website/App:-
The website an app both allows users to exploreaccommodations offered or served by Various Stays Partners at the specified and various locations with the price and make bookings for their selves or for their family and friends as required by the users. We can’t take charge of transaction happens between stays partners and you as a user for any services you optat property locations which is not given as on the Najara Stays Platform or without any prior information to us. By using the Website and App you hereby acknowledged and agree that Najara Stays is not to be characterized as an Owner, Operator, Lessee or a contractor of the hotel or property offering the Accommodations.
No Charge from the User of Registrations:-
Najara Stays do not charge any fee from the users for registrations. The use of the Website and App is Available or beneficial only to the individuals who are at least 18 years or beyond than that. If we findyou below that then it may be the termination of your account with us, with or without prior notice to you.
Cancellation Policy :-
Any Cancellations before 24 hours of check in is fully refundable where user has to cancel it and by informing once for the same the refundable amount will be refunded at earliest as possible.
Cancellations during 24 hours of check in fully non-refundable.
Refunds :-
After Successful cancellation of the booking, the refund request could be taken and refunded in between 3 to 7 working days.
Other Terms &Conditions :-
Some Hotels, Villas, Homestays registered with Najara Stays, may or may not allow the Check ins due to the local Id’s, If any deny happens Najara Stays is not responsible for such cases.
Pan Cards are not Accepted
Primary Users allowed to Check in their bookings is mandatory of minimum 18 Years of Age.
Payment Options :-
You agree and acknowledge that you have to make a payment for the service before booking confirmation or after check in at the property. Najara Stays has provided various payment options, Debit,Credit,Netbanking,UPI only at the official and actual platform of the Najara Stays for the use of its services.
